What I find suspicious about the sign-up process, is where it says make your check out to Everbank. I’ve never opened an account with a check made payable to the bank. I have experienced the same types of customer service issues. They have a great product, but need to work on their service a bit. “I don’t know if it because we look different than others”- does this mean that you met someone face to face?
