So, after a lot of hours dealing with Home Depot I kind of narrowed it down. I had ordered a Samsung washer and dryer from HD and it was to be delivered to my house in CT. The delivery day they refused to deliver due to icy driveway. Called HD again and realived they are calling Samsung which in turn is calling a 3rd party delivery service to sort this out.

If you interpret curbside delivery as on the public roadway next to the curb, there isn't even enough room between the houses to place it. I'm sorry but where the heck was the guy suppose to delivery it? If he put it at the bottom of the driveway where the curb cut is you would have been pissed at the guy for blocking the driveway.

One side panel is darker and other side panel is lighter. I reported the issue on 12th of March. It has been a week that matter has not been resolved. The store manager kept saying manufacture is staying beyond their product and will not return it.

To bring it in they removed my front door, but not my security door. The back of the fridge scraped across the wingnuts on security door. When I removed the protective plastic, I found a tiny dent under the water catcher tray and a gouge on the tray edge. The function of the fridge isn't affected so far. I think the OP may not know what normal cabinet construction involves, and that what they've received is not "damaged". But, without the pictures, and knowing where the cabinets fit in the design, it's difficult to say.
Home Depot delivery ruined my driveway
Warning - HD, get rid of this delivery company. My Costco delivery company delivered the washer/dryer the first time. I will buy big items from Costco, but will not buy big item from you if it will be delivered. This sub-reddit is for almost anything related to appliances. They should be able to fix and blend the damaged areas so that they become virtually seamless and invisible after sealcoating. No one knows what you are talking about. IMO your contract is with Home Depot, not whoever made the cabinets. However, getting them to deal with is will probably be a major challenge.

This company is beyond ridiculous when it comes to their delivery service..the average person can’t afford to take off work 3 DAYS in a row for their screw ups! Never again will I be ordering anything from this company. I have learned my lesson.I brought a washer and dryer at the store they was wonderful. However the delivery service is the worst ever.The night before NO call! I did not request them to use my email cell only.I called to find out its 230p 630p. On the day of delivery my wife took the day off to be sure someone would be here.Once again NO call.
All I can say is NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from Home Depot. If you haven't made your purchase yet, and are reading this board, BE AWARE. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and give your business someplace else. I wish I had seen this page before buying my fridge from HD. Having same delivery issues as everyone else.
During the first wash cycle it was noted that the washer was broken. We called the store manager and asked for a replacement. However, the store manager stated that a replacement or return can only be made within 48 hours after delivery and we were one day late.
Now he will not call me back and he sends me to voicemail. RUN RUN RUN from Home Depot and GE. When I called Home Depot they said its not their problem.
She would check in to it and call us back. Several more days went by did not hear from them. Called and was told they should know something the next day. She did call and tell us it would be 3 more weeks before they could deliver another washer. Tried to call the salesperson back and she never answered her phone. Was going to cancel the order or ask for a discount.
ComplaintsBoard.com is a leading complaint resolution website on the Internet. Do NOT buy GE or Home Depot products. They have shipping companies that are terrible. They scratched my floors and completely ruined my front deck. They did not use any floor coverings at all. The companies boss Moses gave me a claim number that does not reach anyone.

They were supposed delivering 4 appliances today and nothing happened after waiting over 2 hours. The story is the trucker showed up and kept circling with his truck around the property whining that there is no parking spot for the 48 foot. Instead of pro-actively looking for solution, he smoked inside the truck, texted some photos to the office for the reason of disable to delivery. He gave me a cold look and then took off. I called HD right afterward and their advice is go ask for small truck delivery next time and each time from now on to avoid the issue.
