If you interpret curbside delivery as on the public roadway next to the curb, there isn't even enough room between the houses to place it. I'm sorry but where the heck was the guy suppose to delivery it? If he put it at the bottom of the driveway where the curb cut is you would have been pissed at the guy for blocking the driveway.

They are actually not suppose to drop stuff on the street or else someone like me would come around and give'm hell. You can purchase plate hangers at the hardware store in the section with picture hanging hardware. They are wires that stretch to fit on the back edges of the plate and then can be hung on the wall. They do not damage the plate but make it secure to hang.
They should be able to fix and blend the damaged areas so that they become virtually seamless and invisible after sealcoating. No one knows what you are talking about. IMO your contract is with Home Depot, not whoever made the cabinets. However, getting them to deal with is will probably be a major challenge.

Not sure the delivery company changed the policies or not in the past 6 months, what used to be doable now becomes incapable. All I can do is to swallow my frustration and wait for the redelivery on a small truck 7 days after. We ordered and paid for a refrigerator/freezer from home depot with delivery, which we also paid for.

I would move the wood off the driveway asap to prevent further sinking. It's about an inch and a half spot on the edge of the water catcher tray, on the front, and a tiny dent under that. I have a feeling I won't notice it soon. Looks like the insides are wood-look melamine, so they should match. It sounds to me like the insides of the cabinets are two different colors, one inside panel is dark, the other inside panel is light.
The inside panels of the cabinet boxes are two different colors. We don't know what the material is, but if it's a wood product, I don't see why it matters. It's not "damaged", it's just the nature of wood. You know, upon reflection, I don't think any of us have a clear understanding as to what the problem actually IS here, or if it's actually a problem. You need to post pictures of the issues to illustrate what you're talking about here.

It is our contention that we did meet the warranty conditions of Home Depot by calling within the 48 hour period of installation. Installed April 3rd, called April 4th. After the second delivery, they contacted two painters. The lower estimate, for $575, covered all the walls in the stairway so they would match. The couple agreed to get estimates, but they decided to wait until the rest of their furniture arrived so a newly-painted staircase wouldn’t get damaged again.
This company is beyond ridiculous when it comes to their delivery service..the average person can’t afford to take off work 3 DAYS in a row for their screw ups! Never again will I be ordering anything from this company. I have learned my lesson.I brought a washer and dryer at the store they was wonderful. However the delivery service is the worst ever.The night before NO call! I did not request them to use my email cell only.I called to find out its 230p 630p. On the day of delivery my wife took the day off to be sure someone would be here.Once again NO call.

And he did obviously go pretty far into my flower bed and I can see that the mulch and dirt was disturbed quite a bit, then kicked back in.. Curbside delivery means as close to your house but not in your house assuming you are nice, or at the end of the driveway but on the driveway and not roadway.
So, after a lot of hours dealing with Home Depot I kind of narrowed it down. I had ordered a Samsung washer and dryer from HD and it was to be delivered to my house in CT. The delivery day they refused to deliver due to icy driveway. Called HD again and realived they are calling Samsung which in turn is calling a 3rd party delivery service to sort this out.
The day of the delivery the dryer was brought in and hooked up no trouble. But when they brought the washer in it looked like someone had taken a hammer to it. We waited for several days to here from home depot, but we did not. I called the salesperson and of course she said she knew nothing of our problems.

All I can say is NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from Home Depot. If you haven't made your purchase yet, and are reading this board, BE AWARE. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and give your business someplace else. I wish I had seen this page before buying my fridge from HD. Having same delivery issues as everyone else.
